By participating in the World Cup Round of 16 Tickets Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you agree to be bound by these Sweepstakes Official Rules (also referred to as the “Official Rules”). Please read these Official Rules before entering the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. You must meet the eligibility requirements and follow the Official Rules regarding participation as set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time in its sole discretion.
The World Cup Round of 16 Tickets Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) will begin on June 15, 2026 at 1:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time and end on June 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. This Sweepstakes is subject to these official rules (“Official Rules”).
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Vaulty Studios Inc., 850 New Burton Rd, Dover, DE 19904, USA (“Sponsor”).
This Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is greater), or older at the time of entry (“Entrants”).
The following persons are not eligible: (1) employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of (a) the Sponsor; (b) the legal, promotion and advertising agencies of the Sponsor; (c) any entity connected with the production or administration of the Sweepstakes; and (d) any immediate family members (defined as spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, grandparents and in-laws, regardless of where they live) and those living in their household (whether or not related) and of any person referred to above. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, territorial and local laws. Individuals will be required to provide valid identification to claim a prize.
Each participant fully and completely releases each social network utilized to participate in this Sweepstakes, including Facebook, Instagram, and X. Further, you acknowledge and agree that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta or X, or any other social media platforms.
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://ultimate11.com, and provide all relevant information requested on the web form including but not limited to your first and last name, email address, and phone number.
Entrants must also acknowledge and agree that they wish to receive an entry in the prize drawing offer by Sponsor, and by submitting this web request, they declare they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions, and the Official Rules.
After submitting either entry form, you may receive one (1) email confirming your entry and legal disclaimers from Sponsor. Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, or service providers may use Entrants’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or future marketing by Sponsor, such as to notify them of a product or promotion that Sponsor thinks may be of interest.
Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Each Entrant can only use one (1) email address/telephone number to register for, or otherwise participate in the Sweepstakes. If it is discovered that a person has attempted to: (i) register more than one (1) time during the Sweepstakes Period; and/or (ii) use more than one (1) email address/telephone number to register for, or otherwise participate in, the Sweepstakes; then (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor) they may be disqualified from participating in the Sweepstakes. Use (or attempted use) of multiple names, identities, telephone numbers and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other systems(s) or program(s) to register for or otherwise participate in this Sweepstakes is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification. Sponsor is the official timekeeper of the Sweepstakes. All registrations are subject to verification at any time. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) to participate in this Sweepstakes. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification of the applicable registrations that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion.
Entries are deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided with Entry. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with a winning Entry. Prizes will only be awarded to the authorized account holder.
One (1) winner (“Selected Entrant”) will receive: two (2) tickets to a 2026 World Cup Round of 16 match scheduled to take place on July 4, 2026 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize shall be less than $4,990.
Selected Entrant is not entitled to any surplus between actual retail value of prize and stated ARV and any difference between stated ARV and actual value of the prize will not be awarded. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prize, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize or any part of it become unavailable for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If lost, prizes will not be replaced. Any images or displays of the prize are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prize may vary from prize in advertising. All federal, state, or local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winners may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of any awarded prize.
A winner will randomly be selected from among all eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes, in a random drawing to take place on or about June 21, 2026. Odds of being selected are determined by the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) winner per household. Selected Entrants are not eligible for more than one prize.
Selected Entrant will be notified via email or telephone on or about June 21, 2026. In order to be eligible to receive the Prize, Selected Entrant will be required to sign and return within six (6) hours of receipt an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release and any other required materials, which: (i) confirms compliance with these Official Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize as awarded; (iii) releases the Sponsor, and their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes, their participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of their name, address, voice, statements about the Sweepstakes and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. If the Selected Entrant: (a) fails to return the properly executed Sweepstakes documents, including Guest’s affidavit/declaration form, within the specified time; and/or (b) cannot accept the Prize as awarded for any reason; then they may be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible entries, such drawing to be conducted on or about June 21, 2026. Any alternate winner so selected will be notified by via email or telephone on or about June 21, 2026 (in which case the provisions of this section shall apply to such new Selected Entrant, modified as necessary). Note that provision of your social security number may be required. Winners will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 for prizes exceeding $2000.
The right to receive a prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, and no prize substitution, exchange or other equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are your sole responsibility.
Selected Entrant consents to the use of their name, voice and/or likeness by the Sponsor for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. All entries must be complete to be eligible, and the Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen or misdirected email. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
By entering, participants and Selected Entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and release the Sponsor and its parents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the Sweepstakes and/or use of the prizes, including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding; and Entrants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or Official Rules, except where prohibited by law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes or violating the Official Rules.
The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries due to, among other things, system errors or failures or otherwise, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, bugs and/or problems related to the online entry; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) failures of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (d) unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (e) technical or human error that may occur or be encountered by Entrants in the entry process, or by the Sponsor in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries, including computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, the presence of computer viruses or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature; (f) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or (g) any injury or damage to persons or property (including death) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from any Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines such Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, undermine or harass any other players or Sponsor representatives. In the event of a system malfunction or the presence of a virus, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion.
Moreover, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend or suspend this Sweepstakes, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever.
Please read the following section carefully because it may require you to arbitrate certain disputes and claims with Sponsor and limits the manner in which you can seek relief from Sponsor: Each participant hereby forever discharges, releases, and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, contractors, suppliers and partners (collectively the “Released Parties”), from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability, either at law or equity, whether known or unknown, asserted or non-asserted, that may arise from or in any way relate to participation in the Sweepstakes, or the awarding, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, sponsorship or marketing benefits provided under the Sweepstakes. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class or collective action. Each participant agrees not to join the participant’s claims with those of any other person. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to choice of law or conflict of law principles (whether of the District of Columbia or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the District of Columbia. Any action or litigation concerning this Sweepstakes shall (1) take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in the District of Columbia, and each participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts; or (2) in the sole discretion of Sponsor, exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or of JAMS and held at the AAA or JAMS regional office nearest the participant. If Sponsor elects arbitration pursuant to this paragraph, the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration and judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each participant agrees that, if Sponsor elects arbitration, the arbitrator shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any disputes with Sponsor and the Released Parties, including, but not limited to, disputes as to the interpretation or application of this dispute resolution provision. The arbitrator shall have the authority to issue any and all remedies authorized by law and. Under no circumstances do participants or Sponsor and the Released Parties agree to class or collective arbitration procedures or the joinder or consolidation of any claims in arbitration. All participants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions. In the event any party challenges a term or provision of these Official Rules, the party hereby expressly waives any and all opportunities to recover any amount from Sponsor and the Released Parties relating to this Sweepstakes or otherwise. Each participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the District of Columbia.
Any claims, judgments and/or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with participating in the Sweepstakes, if any. Each participant hereby waives any rights or claims to attorney's fees, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of participant, whether foreseeable or not and whether based on negligence or otherwise. In no event will Sponsor or any of the Released Parties be liable to any person or entity for any direct, special incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business or profits) arising out of or in connection with any person or entity’s participation in the Sweepstakes or the award or use or inability to use a prize, or associated with any aspect of a prize, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not Sponsor or any Released Party have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Sponsor and the Released Parties disclaim any liability from and in connection with the Sweepstakes, any prize, or any component thereof.
All personal information collected by the Sponsor will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right and all Entrants expressly agree that the Sponsor may use the name and/or pseudonym of the Selected Entrant and/or all photographs and videos at whatever location such visual material may be produced, except as prohibited by law. Use may include the Internet, such as the websites of the Sponsor, its social network pages including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc. and other publicity, magazines, catalogs or other media. In addition, Entrants may elect to receive email correspondence from, or on behalf of Sponsor subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. Please refer to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://ultimate11.com/privacy to learn how to unsubscribe and for important information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Sponsor.
Participants in this Sweepstakes (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
Participants consent to Sponsor contacting you via your phone number or email concerning the Sweepstakes, including notifying you if you are a winner of a prize. You warrant, represent, and agree that you have the right to provide your phone and email to Sponsor in connection with any Entry and the Sweepstakes, and to have Sponsor contact you at such phone number and email, even if such phone number or email is provided by an employer. You expressly consent to Sponsor and its partners and affiliates’ use of your contact information, including your phone number or email, for marketing and other promotional purposes.
These Official Rules are subject to the Sponsor's Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed at https://ultimate11.com/terms. If there is any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and these Official Rules, the Official Rules take precedence but only in relation to the Sweepstakes. In the event of any conflict with any details contained in these Official Rules and details contained on the website, the details set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. Sponsor reserves the right, to disqualify any individual found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes, (including through unlawful access to the website or the use of non-public information) or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. In such event, Sponsor may terminate an individual's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes and/or refuse to award or seek the return of any prizes.
Caution and warning: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, including any use of non-public information or other cheating is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Winners will be listed on the website. At Sponsor’s discretion, winners may also be announced on social media platforms. You may also obtain a list of winners by writing your name and address on a "3x5" card and mailing it in an envelope to: Winners List, “World Cup Round of 16 Tickets Giveaway Sweepstakes,” Vaulty Studios Inc., 850 New Burton Rd, Dover, DE 19904, USA. Winner List requests will only be accepted after the winner is announced and requests must be received no later than thirty (30) days after the announcement of the applicable winner is determined.
